LET’S BE STRONG IN OUR FAITH

Dear brothers and sisters, in growing as a faith-filled community you may hear different voices that
disturb and distract you in practicing your catholic faith. It is my prayer that you remain strong in
your Catholic faith. Don’t get distracted and discouraged. Remember that we are all united as one in
Christ. Let no voice distract us from following our Lord. As we come together as one community to
Lord’s Table let us continue to remain strong in our catholic faith. To encourage you to be strong in
your faith I would like to give you the words of St. John “You, dear children, are from God and have overcome them, because the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world.” (1 John 4:4) I warn you that temptation is all around us. It will knock at your door, it will bang on your window, and it will try to sneak its way into your heart. But when you feel lost or that your faith is wavering, when you feel like your guard is slowly breaking down – pray, trust. Our God is stronger than any temptation and any distraction. He will definitely help us to overcome them. Let’s continue to believe in one, holy, catholic and apostolic church. God Bless!
